Abound is small, and a real person reads every message. If something about your book isn't right, or you're not sure where to start, just write to us.
We aim to reply within one business day. If your book is time-sensitive — a birthday this week, a deadline you're worried about — say so in the subject line and we'll prioritise it.
Include the recipient's name and the email address you signed up with, and we'll find your order straight away.
You can also see the status of every book you've started, invite more contributors and edit your cover from your dashboard.
If you've been asked to add a memory to someone's book and your link isn't working, or you'd like something you wrote changed or removed, email us and we'll take care of it. You don't need an account, and you don't need to go through the person who invited you.
